  • Product Descriptions: I provide detailed descriptions for all items and customized gifts, including information about materials, sizes, colors, and customization options. Please keep in mind that the final product may exhibit slight variations from the images displayed, given the custom nature of those items.

  • Ordering and Payment: Orders are processed once payment for the order has been received. You can place orders 24/7, with a few exceptions such as during website updates or holidays. Shipping fees will be added if shipping is necessary.


  • Customization Process

  1. Select Your Card: Browse our selection of custom card designs and choose the one that best suits your occasion and- preferences.

  2. Personalization Details: During the ordering process, you will find a description box where you can provide specific personalization details. This is your opportunity to tell us about the names, dates, messages, or any other custom elements you'd like to include in your card.

  3. Completing Your Order: Please ensure that you enter all necessary customization requirements in the description box before completing your order. Double-check the spelling, dates, and other details to ensure accuracy.

  4. Review Your Order: Before finalizing your purchase, take a moment to review your order summary, including the custom details you've provided. This helps ensure that I have all the information needed to create your unique card.

  5. Confirmation Email: After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will serve as a summary of your order and will include the personalization details you provided during checkout.

  6. Missed Details: In case you missed entering any customization details during the ordering process, don't worry. You can email me the missing details as soon as possible at Please make sure to include your order number in the email subject line to help us identify your order.

  7. Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the creation of your unique gift. I will send you a few pictures before shipping it.

  • I take pride in crafting personalized cards to your specifications, but timely communication is crucial to ensure your order is processed smoothly. If I am unable to reach you for missing information or clarifications, it may result in order cancellation to prevent delays.

  • While I strive to accommodate most custom requests, there may be certain limitations or restrictions on extremely complex or unusual requests. I will communicate any such limitations with you promptly and work together to find a suitable solution.

  • Please note that custom cards are made with care and attention to detail, and I want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns during the customization process, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • Shipping and Delivery: As soon as your item is shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. If you need express shipping, please contact me at for the exact cost and additional details. Canada Post is our primary shipping provider to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package or receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately at If there is damage, please provide us with pictures of the damaged items. This will allow us to initiate the dispute process with the shipping provider promptly. I am committed to resolving any shipping issues promptly and effectively. Once I receive your report of a lost or damaged package, I will work with you to find the best solution. Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of your order are our top priorities.   • Returns and Refunds: Due to the unique and personalized nature of these items, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact me at All concerns will be addressed individually within 14 days of receiving your email.


  • Cancellation Policy: You have the option to cancel your order with a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Privacy and Data Handling:  We collect personalization details you provide during the customization process, such as names, dates, messages, or any other custom elements for your orders. When you place an order, we collect your contact information, including your name, email address, and shipping address, to process your order and provide customer support. We use your personalization information and contact details to create and deliver your custom orders accurately and efficiently. We may use your email address to send order confirmations, updates on order status, and to respond to your inquiries. My website is hosted by Wix, which employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We retain your personalization details for a limited time to fulfill your order. We do not store sensitive payment information, as payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.


  • Intellectual Property Rights:  All custom card designs created by Happy Crafty by Esther are the exclusive intellectual property of Esther Patkowski. While I integrate elements such as names, dates etc. (customer-specific elements) into the custom cards, the resulting design remains the intellectual property of Esther Patkowski. Customers who purchase custom cards from "Happy Crafty by Esther" receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the custom card for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This license allows you/the customer to display, share, and gift the custom card as intended. However, you/ the customer do not acquire ownership of the underlying design or any rights to reproduce, sell, or distribute the design without my permission.

  • Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for providing accurate personalization details, maintaining confidentiality of account information, and adhering to any usage guidelines for your website.

  • Right to change and modify Terms: I reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion.
